Kathy has always had a flare for creating in the kitchen. It stems from her early years of crafting and learning from her mother. Having been certified as a Wilton Cake instructor, she has developed the skills to design cakes according to her clienteles’ requests. Kathy is also an active member of the Canadian Society of Sugar Artistry in Toronto, Ontario. Members have the opportunity to learn new methods and share ideas and experiences with cake designers. She has successfully entered cake competitions and loves the shear excitement of competition. She has a knack for creativity. This shows through her selection of cakes already featured on this website and is constantly updated with her new creations.

ORDERING A CAKE
All Cake Trendz cakes, cupcakes and favours are custom designed and crafted the day of the event. As a result, please keep in mind the following time frame is recommended when placing orders or inquiring about design ideas:
• All wedding cakes should be ordered at least 6 months prior to the event; earlier will guarantee more design creativity
• All customized cakes should be ordered at least 4 weeks or earlier prior to the event
• We will do our best effort to satisfy all requests
